Beauty in the eye of the beholder.
Although Berlin is not a beautiful city like Paris or London, there are lots interesting and beautiful individual buildings and lovely architectural details which I see every day as I’m walking around. I've just finished week 3 of the writing trip and I also passed 41,000 words (170 pages) of the first draft of the new book, which is about the half-way point in this draft. Of course, I'm well aware that finishing the first draft, which I hope to do in about four or five weeks time, is only one of many milestones in completing the novel.
